No. We shoot, edit, and help you plan what to create — that's the whole job. Posting to your channels, running paid campaigns, and managing ad spend stay with you or your marketing team. We'll hand off files in whatever format they need.
You're never stuck. Anything above your plan — an extra shoot day, an extra Reel, a rush job — is billed at the same day rates and per-item pricing, whether you're on Starter or Full Partner. Just ask and we'll quote it.
Yes. As your content needs grow, you can move up a tier starting the following billing cycle. Moving down is just as easy if things get quieter.
Trying to shoot and fully edit in the same session rushes both. Splitting them means your footage gets shot properly and edited properly — on two different days, both included in your plan.
All plans run month-to-month by default. Prepaying quarterly locks in your rate for the season; prepaying annually gets you the deepest discount on top of the retainer rate itself.
Yes — if you have existing raw footage or photos, we can build your monthly edit days around that instead of a fresh shoot. Just mention it when we scope your plan.
